MADE BY JUMBO UGG BOOT® brands can be shipped to the UK but at this stage, we don't have a relationship with a
US Ugg Australia supplier who can ship to the UK.

Does shipping cost more?
Answer: Shipping to the UK for the
UGGS-N-RUGS brand is the
same as to the US or anywhere else outside of Australia. All
shipping is quoted in addition to the product prices on our product
pages. You would need to check MADE BY JUMBO UGG BOOTs' shipping costs.

Question:
How long will it take for my order to arrive in the
UK?
Answer: Shipping to the UK usually
takes between 5 and 7 days by Air Mail from Australia. But also
factor in a 1 to 3 day lead time before your order is shipped.
So all up, you could be waiting on average between 6 and 10 days and a
bit longer if it is during busier times such as Christmas. If
there are delays, the website will show a special message.

Question:
What size should I select?
Answer: All sizing is defaulted
to US sizing. If you are a UK customer placing an order, then refer to
our sizing
chart to work out your equivalent size. Briefly though, if
you are female and in the UK, your equivalent US shoe size is two
sizes bigger. eg. A women's UK 6 is the equivalent of a women's
US 8. If you are a male and in the UK, your equivalent US shoe
size is one size bigger. eg. A male UK 6 is the equivalent of a male
US 7. To make double sure that you are getting the correct size,
you can insert a message stating your normal UK fitting in the Special
Instructions section of the shopping cart. Refer to
MADE BY JUMBO UGG BOOTs' sizing charts for their information.

Question:
What if I am a half size?
Answer: UGGS-N-RUGS only have full sizes in
sheepskin footwear. If you are a half size, you have two choices:
a) If
you prefer footwear a bit looser, go up half a size. Once the
sheepskin has stretched and the wool has compressed (this happens in
only a day or so of wearing) they will be a lot looser.
b) If
you prefer footwear a bit firmer, go down the half size.
Similarly, more room will occur once the wool has compressed and the
skin has stretched.
Our
recommendation is that you go down your half size rather than up
because the UGGS-N-RUGS brand are slightly on the big side anyway.

Question:
What about customs duty?
Answer: Customs duty is your
responsibility however very few customers have ever had
to pay it and I can't recall a UK customer doing so. Usually
customs are happy if you are purchasing in small
quantities.
