range and having the orders shipped to Europe:

Question:
Will you ship your ugg boots to Europe?
Answer: The UGGS-N-RUGS and MADE BY
JUMBO UGG BOOT brands will ship to Europe but at this stage, we don't have a relationship with
an American Ugg Australia supplier who can ship there.

Question:
Does shipping cost more?
Answer: Shipping to Europe for the
UGGS-N-RUGS brand is the
same as to the US or anywhere else outside of Australia. All
shipping is quoted in addition to the product prices on our product

Question:
How long will it take for my order to arrive in
Europe?
Answer: Shipping to Europe usually
takes between 7 and 12 days by Air Mail from Australia. But also
factor in a 1 to 3 day lead time before your order is shipped.
So all up, you could be waiting on average between 8 and 15 days and a
bit longer if it is during busier times such as Christmas.

Question:
What size should I select?
Answer: All sizing is defaulted
to US sizing. If you are a European customer placing an order, then refer to
our sizing
chart to work out your equivalent size. MADE BY JUMBO UGG BOOT
also have their own 
Sizing Information. To make extra sure that you are getting the correct size,
you can insert a message stating your normal European fitting in the Special
Instructions section of the shopping carts for the Australian brands. You can also
insert a bare foot length too (but it has to be very accurate).

Question:
What about customs duty?
Answer: Customs duty is your
responsibility however very few of customers have ever had
to pay it. We have known some customers in Germany and Belgium
who have paid duty. Please note that it is against the law
to falsify customs documentation on parcels so please don't ask the
seller to
do so. Once again, in small quantities, duty is either nothing
or only a small charge.
